Born in Bari on 26/06/1963. Degree in Civil Engineering, Spec. structures, obtained at University degli studi in Bari – grade 110/110 with honors – Certified Engineer in 1989.

In 1989 within an I. A. E. S. T. E. stage he worked as a structural designer with the engineering company Bjuro Projectow Budownictwa Wiejskiego in Gdansk (Poland).
From 1989 to 1991 he worked with offshore oil structures with Snamprogetti S.p.A. in Milan.

From 1991 to 1994 he worked for Cogeam S.p.A., a building company of the Amoruso Manzari Group, coordinating and managing the supervision of important civil and industrial projects.
